BROMLEY, Edward Foord. Surgeon; Naval Officer, Hobart

Visited Sydney as surgeon per "Hayeston", 1816 & "Almorah", 1817; appointed Naval Officer at Hobart arriving in Sydney per "Lord Wellington" in January 1820, & travelled to Hobart in the following month. He was also treasurer of the Police Fund, a magistrate and a founder of the Bank of Van Diemen's Land; he held land at Hamilton.
