SCOTT, Thomas Alison

After managing his father's estate in Antigua he came to Sydney in about 1816; in 1820 he went to Tahiti to establish a sugar plantation and to Raiatea in 1822; in December 1823 he was employed to grow sugar and tobacco at Port Macquarie, a position from which he was suspended in 1825.
